DJ Contest Update
Wow, 100 plays in less than a week! THANKS everybody!
This means I am officially entered in the contest. The winner will be announced in late April. In the meantime, feel free to listen (or listen again). Every play counts, even if you’ve listened already, and more plays could help my chances of winning. You don’t have to hear the whole mix to register a play; it looks like about 10 minutes will do it.
Also, if you’ve created a Mixcloud account or if you’re thinking about creating one, please consider a click on the “Favorite” button at the top of the page, just below the play button. The number of favorites may also be a factor in the selection of a winner.
You’ll find that Mixcloud has lots of gadgets for connecting with Facebook, so feel free to play around (and tell all your friends in the process)!
While you’re there, check out some of the other contest entries. All are interesting and very different takes on the idea of music for a sunshine cruise. It’s a truly global bunch – Bulgaria, Mexico, Ireland, Switzerland, Malaysia, France, UK, etc.
